FACILITY USE INFORMATION

Radiant Church is not available for use from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays or Sundays from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. There will be limited use of the building on Sunday evenings due to Church events. Saturday the church building will be open for use 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 am-8:00 pm

Meetings will not be scheduled without approval of request. Facility use forms are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Community Group Leaders must agree to follow all Radiant policies and procedures for facility use and take full responsibility for any lost or damaged items used during the event. Submitting a facility use form does NOT guarantee a reservation. When your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect to receive your confirmation within 2 weeks or sooner after a completed request is submitted. Please do not make event/community group plans or promotions until your request has been approved. Please DO NOT promote your event as a Radiant Church event.

If you need to make changes after your room has been scheduled or to report any damages that occur, please call the church office at (517) 879-1813.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please remember that any Radiant Church events will be given priority over non-Radiant Church events in case of conflict and double bookings. Radiant Church will do everything possible to make sure that scheduling conflicts do not occur.

Guidelines and Agreements for Facility Use

The Community Group Leader agrees to be responsible for preparing for use and returning to the pre-used conditions, or better, of all areas of the premises which the Community Group Leader will use, including entrances and exits.

The Community Group Leader agrees to conduct a visual inspection of the premises, including entrances and exits, prior to use and warrants that the premises will be used only if it is in a safe condition.

Community Group Leader agrees that it will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes and will obey all laws and regulations of all governmental authorities while using the facilities.

Community Group Leader agrees that it will not use the premises for any purpose that is contrary to the mission, purpose, or belief of Radiant Church.

Community Group Leader agrees to abide by any rules or regulations for the use of the premises that are attached to this agreement.

Community Group Leader agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Radiant Church (including Radiant Churches agents, employees, and representatives) from any and all liability for injury or damage including, but not limited to, bodily injury, personal injury, emotional injury, or property damage which may result from any person using the above-described premises, its entrances and exits, and surrounding areas, for Radiant Churches purposes, regardless of whether such injury or damage results from the negligence of the Radiant Church (including Radiant Church’s agents, employees, and representatives) or otherwise.

Radiant Church prohibits the possession or consumption of alcohol, smoking, and substance use on church property. Radiant Church is an alcohol and drug-free zone.

Radiant Church reserves the right to approve or deny room use based upon usage that aligns with our Statement of Faith and code of conduct.

This document contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements relating to the subject matter.
